S & S 4-Inch Bore x 4-1/2"stroke Super Sidewinder "Long Blocks" offer a superior large displacement engine alternative for riders, racers and custom builders. Every S & S Long Block carries with it a tradition of dependability and "Proven Performance" that have become the trademarks of S & S Cycle.Super Sidewinder "Long Blocks" are complete 1992-up style high-performance motors featuring high quality S & S components and craftsmanship. Each block is expertly assembled by experienced S & S engine builders to ensure the utmost reliability and performance.ALL S & S FOUR INCH BORE V2 STYLE LONG BLOCKS FEATURE:

  • Special Super Sidewinder cylinder heads with chrome billet rocker covers and are designed combustion chamber design That produces maximum performance across the entire RPM range.
  • Big 2" intake and 1.605" exhaust valves for optimum flow at "real life" RPM.
  • Special application Super Stock crankcase is cast from 365-T6 aluminum alloy and reinforced for maximum strength.
  • Crankcase gear cavity is moved out 1/4" to provide additional support around cylinder spigots. Special tappet blocks and a 1/4" longer pinion shaft are used to accommodate this feature. Balanced 4-1/2" stroke flywheels are assembled with heavy duty connecting rods and shafts and trued to within .0005" lateral runout.
  • S & S aluminum 4" bore cylinders with cast in ribbed liners and forged flat top pistons.
  • S & S 562 high performance camshaft, tappet blocks, lifters with HL2T kit and adjustable chrome moly pushrods.
  • Super "G" carburetor kit with special manifold and chrome teardrop air cleaner assembly.
  • The complete 113 cubic inch Super Sidewinder includes everything but the charging system and ignition. Engine will fit any stock or aftermarket Big Twin chassis that accommodates 1984-up stock Harley Evolution® engines

    Super Stock "Long Blocks" are complete 1992-up style high-performance motors featuring high quality S & S components and craftsmanship. Each block is expertly assembled by experienced S & S engine builders to ensure the utmost reliability and performance.

    S & S V style long blocks feature chrome billet rocker covers and high flow Super Stock heads with a advanced chamber and port design for superior performance. This S & S innovation increases performance while providing the dependability and reliability demanded by today's enthusiast. Each Super Stock crankcase is cast from 365-T6 aluminum alloy and reinforced to offer maximum strength, even in high horsepower, high torque Street Rods. The complete 96" S & S Long Block is available natural or black powder coated and fits any stock or aftermarket Big Twin chassis that accommodates 1984-up stock Harley Evolution® engines and includes everything but the charging system and ignition.

    S & S FOUR INCH BORE V® STYLE LONG BLOCKS

  • Special Super Sidewinder cylinder heads with a new, distinctly different combustion chamber design that produces maximum performance across the entire RPM range.
  • Big 2" intake and 1.605" exhaust valves for optimum flow at "real life" RPM. Special application Super Stock crankcase is cast from 365-T6 aluminum alloy and reinforced for maximum strength.

    S & S 1992-up style long blocks feature a natural finish and will fit any stock or aftermarket Big Twin chassis that accommodates 1984-up stock Harley Evolution® engines. Due to the large selection and variety of rocker covers, rocker arms, gear covers, lifters, ignition systems available, engines are supplied without these items for maximum assembly flexibility. Made in USA.

    S & S 79" V2® LONG BLOCK
    Special design, fits 1970-1984, 4-speed Shovelhead frames. Balanced 3-13/16" stroke flywheels with heavy-duty connecting rods. Sidewinder 3-5/8" bore cylinders with forged 11:1 compression Super Stock pistons. Super Stock cylinder heads with 2" intake and 1.605" exhaust valves. S & S 561 high performance camshaft, tappet blocks, HL2T kit and adjustable pushrods. Super "E" carburetor kit with special Super Stock manifold and chrome teardrop air cleaner assembly.Due to the large selection and variety of rocker covers, rocker arms, gear covers,lifters, ignition systems available, engines are supplied without these items for maximum assembly flexibility. Made in USA.

    S&S 113" SUPER STOCK LONG BLOCKS
    S & S 4-Inch Bore x 4-1/2" stroke Super Sidewinder "Long Block" offers a superior large displacement engine alternative for riders,racers and custom builders. Super Sidewinder are complete, but unassembled, 1992-up style high performance motors.

    ALL S&S FOUR INCH BORE V2 STYLE

    The complete 113 cubic inch Super Sidewinder includes everything but the ignition and charging system. This engine will fit any stock or aftermarket Big Twin chassis that accommodates 1984-up stock Harley Evolution® engine.

Each block is expertly assembled by experienced S & S engine builders to ensure the utmost reliability and performance.

    All  S & S V2 style long blocks feature High Flow Super Stock heads with an advanced chamber and port design for superior performance. This  S & S innovation increases performance while providing the dependability and reliability demanded by today's enthusiast. Each Super Stock crankcase is cast from 356-T6 aluminum alloy and reinforced to offer maximum strength, even in a high horsepower, high torque 103 inch Street Rod.
    Available 96" and 103"cubic inch displacements that will fit any stock or aftermarket Big Twin chassis that accommodates 1984-up stock Harley Evolution® engine, or a special 79 inch version that fits in any 1970-1984  Shovelhead frame.

    Due to large selection and variety of rocker covers, pushrod covers, rocker arms, and gear covers available; some engines are supplied without these items for maximum assembly flexibility.

    All Super Stock "Long Blocks" are nearly complete high-performance motors featuring high quality S & S components and craftsmanship. Each block is expertly assembled by experienced S & S engine builders to ensure the utmost reliability and performance.
    All S & S Shovel style long blocks feature high flow Super Stock "rubberband" style heads with an advanced port design that flows 15% more than stock heads.
    Each Super Stock crankcase is cast from 365-T6 aluminum alloy and reinforced to offer maximum strength, even in high horsepower, high torque 93" Street Rods.
    Available in 80 or 93 cubic inch displacements that will fit any stock or aftermarket Big Twins chassis that accommodates 1970-1984 stock Harley® Shovelhead engines.
    Due to the large selection and variety of rocker covers, tappet blocks, tappets, rocker arms and shafts available, engines are supplied without these items for maximum flexibility.

    Custom Chrome® Motor Kits with RevTech® Heads
    These complete unassembled motors were put together with the serious motor builder in mind. Flywheels and connecting rods are assembled and trued, cylinders and pistons are sized to fit ready for assembly and CCI #59-695 RevTech cylinder heads have valves and springs assembled ready to go. Heads are designed for early (crankcase) or late (head) breathing systems. The cases have studs installed and the pinion race is sized properly for the included bearings. The pinion shaft uses the 1987 thru 1989 type pinion gears and bearings.All other component parts are unassembled allowing the engine builder to carefully monitor all assembly tolerances. Carburetor and ignition systems are not included. Available with S.T.D. or Delkron cases. Motor must be assembled by a qualified mechanic.
