S & S NOSE CONE GEAR COVER
Cast from 356 alloy aluminum and heat treated, this gear cover design from S & S provides superior cam and pinion shaft support. The baffled breather passage is designed to reduce oil carry-over in 1970-1992 models. Precision machined on CNC, equipment, the S & S cover combines top quality chrome with natural aluminum finish for a unique appearance. Includes gear cover, gaskets and mounting hardware.

JIMS BILLET NOSE CONE CAM COVER
The ultimate hi-tech cam cover for cone motors 1973-up. Constructed from solid 7075 billet aluminum and polished to a high luster this two-piece cover is held to within .0002" of true cam centerline to improve valve train component life. The inner cover houses the cam bushing and seal. The outer cover conceals the mounting screws and contains the ignition system. Fits Big Twins 1973-up.

CHROME NOSE CONE GEAR COVER
Chrome plated die-cast aluminum nose cones for Big Twins. Available side oil for 1970-early 1973 models or end oiling for late 1973-1992 models. Includes chrome nose cone screw set, mounting gaskets and points cover gasket.

Teardrop Cam Cover
Unique chrome plated billet 6061 T6 aluminum cam cover accepts all types of performance ignition systems. Includes fitted cam and pinion bushings, gasket, seal and chrome hardware.

Chrome Gear Cover
Custom cover features hidden dowel pin holes, a special breather baffle to minimize oil loss, a cam bushing, and a high-flow pinion bushing. Cover is thicker around the bolt holes and counter bored for sockethead screws to eliminate breakage.

Camshaft Cover Mounting Kit
Contains 14 sockethead screws. Mounting holes in the cover are counter bored for these bolts.

Chrome Covers for Late Model Cam Covers
Unlike some of the other covers being sold today, these stamped steel covers completely enclose your cam and point covers like a second skin. They provide an economical means of chroming the right side of your engine. There are two styles available and the cover with the non-functional buttonhead screws in the point cover area complements the other items in our line of 'Riveted' products, which may be found in the other sections of this catalog. Each cover includes all necessary mounting hardware. For all Big Twins 1970 thru 1992.

MOTOR FACTORY AMERICAN MADE BILLET CAM COVER
The ultimate in hi-tech cam covers for generator Big Twin models 1936-1969. This cad-cam designed cover is CNC machined from 6061 -T6 billet aluminum and reinforced in key stress areas. Available with polished aluminum or high luster chrome finish. Ideal for big inch motors or stock replacement.

S & S SUPER STOCK GENERATOR STYLE CASE GEAR COVER
To top off its Super Stock generator style crankcases for Big Twins, S & S developed a crankcase gear cover for these engines. CNC machined from 356-T6 aluminum for close tolerances and extra strength, each cover is designed with a special removal mechanism to prevent damage to the crankcase/cover during disassembly. Crankcase ventilation and oil-air mist separation is improved via a larger, redesigned baffle chamber. Bushings are pre-installed to factory specifications. Gasket and hardware included.

SPUTHE CAM COVER FOR PANHEAD
Unique Sputhe design allows use of late style performance ignition systems on all 1941-1969 Big Twin Engines. "Kidney" cover is cast of 356A aluminum and CNC machined to accept any ignition system designed for Big Twins 1970-up or XL models 1971 -up. Works with side or end oiling pinion shafts. Supplied "as-cast" without bushings. 1941-1953 and 1954-1969 models use different pinion bushings. The cover is designed to accept either. Order bushings and cover screws (GSI #500844) for OEM crankcase separately.

MOTOR FACTORY AMERICAN MADE CAM BUSHINGS
Premium grade Motor Factory® bushings are machined from high phosphor bearing bronze that's up to two times as strong as normal cast bushings. Motor Factory® bushings will provide a much longer service life than plated steel backed bushings.
